Styling missing logged out

I’ve an issue on a site where the styling is missing when logged out – it works fine logged in, but logged out it looks like we’re missing the st-defaults and other scss being compiled and applied to the form. We have an active licence and this is activated for the Ninja forms Styles plugin.

Any ideas how to resolve?
