Styling of the elements

I want to restyle the elements of multisite language switcher. As you might see on http://www.cwttraveller.nl in the toolbar, both links are red. I want them to be green (#0098A1) and the font-size 1px smaller.

Can anyone help me out where to find this in the css files? I did only find .current-date, but also want to style the other language.

And does anyone know if its possible to put a text in front of both languages. As you see on a blog post (e.g. http://cwttraveller.nl/ontdek-expo-milano-2015-met-cwt-meetings-events/), i added the both languages next to the share options. But here i want them to be different as in the toolbar.
