Is there a possibility to add a CSS style from a shortcode to a particular row. For example, [table id=2 style=”row-4″ /], which led to the <tr class=”row-4 classname”>.

No, sorry. Something like this is not possible 🙁 Adding extra CSS classes to rows can not be done via the Shortcode.
