Styling the CSS

    Hi,

    Great plugin! I am wondering how I can style the CSS? I want to change the width of:

    body > div > div > div > div.chat.no-clip-path.not-ie.chrome.moveFromRight-enter-done

    To:
    max-width: 300px;
    left: 10px;

    It works in Chrome DevTools but when I use Additional CSS it doesn’t seem to work. Could you please guide me in changing the size of this window? It is currently way too big, and customers are complaining it’s blocking too much of their site view.

    Hi there, I’m afraid that we don’t have a way of resizing the chat in CSS, cause adjusting the size could potentially ruin the widget design. Perhaps you could try to use the sidebar instead? When the chat is minimized, it would appear as a sidebar for your customers, you can enable it in Channels > Sidebar section.
