Styling the Player Controls

    Hi Maeve

    Thanks for a great plug in.

    I am currently using the free version on a site which plays a Talking Newspaper to the Blind. It is a charity.

    I want to make everything bigger and have changed the CSS to accomplish that except that I can’t make the player controls bigger and bolder for people with impaired vision.

    Please can you advise me how this may be done? Is this possible in the Pro version?

    Hi Neil,

    This is something that could be done in css – you’ll want to override quite a lot of styles in the plugin css so use !important attribute where necessary. For the player controls you’ll need to point to new bigger images.

    Oh PS. It would not be any easier in Pro Version – this is a css thing, not a functionality thing

    Hi Maeve,

    Thanks very much – I have done some CSS styling, I have made some bigger images, but am having difficulty putting it all together.

    I am ok with CSS so will study it all further

    Thanks so much for your advice – it is all working very well and we anticipate a big take up amongst the locally visually impaired for the streaming.

    Cool! Glad to hear it’s going well Neil and you were able to get it looking the way you want using CSS.
