is there a way to style the “Tweet this!”, what appears when hovering over the words?

I’m confused….”Tweet This!” doesn’t appear in this plugin?!?!?

Yes, it appears, but not styled (CSS)

I have no idea sorry. It’s not something that is native to the plugin, and to get something similar would probably be paid work for me to look into.
