    Hi

    The certificate only protects the main page and not the subdomains or webmail?
    Or is it anything that I’m missing?

    @rop12770 You need to install Wildcard SSL to cover all subdomains in one SSL Certificate. Wildcard SSL support is only offered in PRO version.

    You can use free plugin on each subdomain to generate SSL certificate for it.
