Hello @bbcatomic,
Thanks for letting us know the issue. As the service is a page and you have added some dropdown menu item under the services, when someone click on this service it will redirect him to the service page. In desktop it’s not a big deal because whenever someone hover on a menu , he can see the dropdown menu.
But for mobile it’s a problem. I will check this in my local server and disuss with our team.
Thank you
Yes, I’ve also noticed that when you use an anchor (e.g., https://example.com/#service) in a menu with a sub-menu, the menu panel closes when you tap the arrow icon. You need to reopen the menu to see the sub-menu. Compared to a desktop, it’s not a big deal since you only need to hover over it. But in mobile, that’s a problem.
Hi,
After having a discussion with our team, I can suggest you a idea.
I recommend you to create two different menu, one for desktop and another for the mobile. Then add both menu in your header and hide the desktop menu from mobile + hide the mobile menu from desktop. Just use the Responsive feature of Elementor.
This is the possible solution for now. I hope it make sense.
Thank you
