This issue was fixed in 1.64 (I think), but I am experiencing this with 2.3. I disabled all plugins and when I enabled Ultimate Addons for Elementor none of my menu sub-items are visible. I have Elementor 3.28.4  and Elementor Pro 3.20.2

  • Hi @rhughes44,

It sounds like there might be a conflict with the plugin that’s might be causing the issue.

To help figure out what’s causing the issue, could you please try the following?

    1. Temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-Four to check if the issue is theme-related.
    2. Disable all other plugins except the one in question and the page builder you’re using. Then, check if you’re able to edit pages.
    3. If it works after doing the above, re-enable the plugins one by one to find out which one might be causing the conflict.
    4. Clear your website cache.

If you are still facing the issue then, we’re just a click away. Reach out to our support page, and we’ll be delighted to assist you.

We’re here to help, so feel free to share any additional details. We’ll do our best to get this sorted for you!

Hello Ankush, thanks for contacting me.

I have already isolated this issue to a conflict between Ultimate Addons for Elementor  v2.3 and  Elementor 3.28.4 / Elementor Pro 3.20.2.

Please report this to your developers.

    Many thanks Richard
