sub-sitemaps disabled at webmaster tools

    my website sitemap was introduced to webmaster tools and it was indexed nice.when i clicked at /sitemap_index.xml, i could see sub sitemaps like post-sitemap.xml,category-sitemap.xml.. and they was clickable to see the contents of them. but after update of the plugin YOAST google dont index new posts of my website and other sub sitemaps and i cannot click of subsitemaps to submit new posts at webmaster tools and dont look like a link,… but my other websites that have older version of the plugin , works good.
