Is there a way to post files in folders per month. lets say “uploads/folder1/folder1 september 2015/” automaticly? Or atleast the ability to place files in the second folder.

what you say can be done programmatically using the filters of the plugin, e.g. implementing the filter wfu_before_file_upload, there is an article in Iptanus on how to do that here.
