It sounds like this is what your current subcategories look like:

This is determined by your theme, as the theme decides how different elements on the page are set. You’d either need to talk to the theme’s developer, or look into modifying the theme template files as described here:

Before I submit this issue here I contacted Theme Support. but they told me that this is not related to their theme and it is a woocommerce functionality.

HI there,

I’m afraid the theme developer has provided information that is incorrect here. The layout and display of these elements is managed by your theme. If you’d like this to be changed you’d need to either change your theme, or use custom code to modify the current theme.
