Subcategory Not Shows

    Hello
    I have a few categories as follows:
    cat1
    —subcat1
    ——subcat2
    ———subcat3

    But the only subcat1 is displayed and the other subcategories not displayed on the menu.
    How can I show them as follows on the menu:
    cat1
    —subcat1
    ——subcat2
    ———subcat3
