Subcategory thumbnails

For some reason thumbnails are not showing up correctly on subcategories on the woocommerce stores which I help maintain. they are showing up fine on category and product pages. just not on subcategories.

Category page loads 200×200 thumbnail… Subcategory page is loading the original image.
