Subdomain redirect problem

Site installed as https://www.example.com/

Without Cache Enabler:

Loading https://example.com/ redirects to https://www.example.com/ every time.

With Cache Enabler 1.4.4, settings: https://imgur.com/WLv5Waq with no advanced configuration used:

First loading of https://example.com/ redirects to https://www.example.com/ as above.

After clearing local browser cache and again loading https://example.com/ it does not redirect, loads as https://example.com/ but has all internal links starting with https://www.example.com/.. which fails to load/display webfonts etc. due to cross origin security restrictions, has footer <!-- Cache Enabler by KeyCDN @ 21.08.2020 17:53:02 (https gzip) -->
