Subfolder Install

    Hey Guys,

    I’ve previously installed a wp blog on the root of my server, but now I’d like to install another blog in a subfolder. It’s not working, it just gives me a blank page…

    Help!

    You can do that, but you have to change the table prefix in the wp-config.php or your 2nd blog will be using the same tables as your 1st – not good.
    Open your 2nd blogs wp-config.php and look for:
    $table_prefix = 'wp_'; // Only numbers, letters, and underscores please!

    Change wp_ to something else like wp1_
    This will give your 2nd blog it’s own tables.
