hi Gabe @geekayhu
Can you click on folder icon to expand subfolder? like this http://ninjateamorg.s3.amazonaws.com/img/2020-07-24_22-26-39.mp4
For the FileBird Notification Review. Can you send us a screencast show me it always reappears?
Thank you,
Tommy
Hi there,
Hi,
just finished with testing, well, in the meantime, what I did was: deactivated the plugin, cleared the cache… etc.
And now it seems to be working as I re-activated the plugin, and clicked the manual Import in the Settings (and Wiped, too). Weird, though, it was not expanding as yours in the video. Now it is. The problem seems to be solved.
As for the Notification, unfortunately I can’t show you, since I rather clicked “Later” for now, so it disappeared finally, and has not re-appeared since. Maybe it will in a while, AND if it’s buggy, I might get back to you.
Thanks for your help, though.
Have a great day
Gabe

Seeing similar issues with disappeared folders from my prior installation with FileBird Lite v4.0.2 update.
Have the “FileBird database update required” stuck in a loop. Next step indicated that is was “Sucess” and after “Save Changes” in Settings get “Sucess”, but its no joy visiting or refreshing the FileBird Setting again because it is back to “FileBird database update required”
Tried deactive plugin, clear cache, reactivate plugin.
My WP install is using liteSpeed Cache.

Experiencing the same issue. It keeps asking to update the database. Deactivated, cleared cache and reactivated but still shows the same problem. Went into the Media folder and it keeps showing loading for the Filebird
Hello @jcguerin and @davidkoh83 ,
Can you please try using this import function again http://prnt.sc/tpmvko?
Let me know if this helps.
Best regards,
Kelly
I did that. It says success but the problem persists
Can you please record a screencast? And also let us know the theme and plugins on your site.
Best,
Kelly
Hello Kelly @ninjateam,
I did the Import again. Same result: “FileBird database update required” stuck in a loop and the previous folder structure tree is not available.
Next, I installed the 4.0.3 build to take advantage of the fixes you rolled in last night and the results are the same. Stuck in a loop.

Updated screencast. The first recording didn’t capture the modal dialog box messages because of the recorder settings.

Hi Kelly @ninjateam,
Duy H. contacted me on Facebook. I used FireFox as my web browser (instead of Chrome) and was able to get the Database Updated/Imported correctly. My issue is fixed.
Thanks, —john
It’s great to hear that, John @jcguerin.
I hope you could leave FileBird a nice review. Thank you so much.
Kelly
