We’ve been using the free version on the site for a while. Recently, content admins have found that when selecting an image with the standard Gutenberg image block, we can see images in the first level of a FIleBird-created folder, but cannot access the subfolders. From the Media Library, we can see everything fine. I have tried updating the plugin. Has something changed?

    Hi @bobgourley ,

    Thanks for coming.

Can you please record a short screencast showing exactly what you are doing or a screenshot of that screen perhaps?

    Regards.

Sorry, it turns out we just had to click the folder ICON of the initial level folders. We had been clicking on the name of the folder (its had been a while since we used it ….). So when there were folders containing subfolders but no top-level images, it seemed like nothing was happening.

    Hi @bobgourley,

    Thanks for your response.

Yes, you should click on the main folder to expand its subfolders and this is the way how our plugin works since initially.

Anyway, glad to hear all sorted now. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any further help.

If it’s possible, can you leave the plugin a nice review please?

Your review will motivate us to develop more plugins in the future and have awesome customers like you 😉

    Thanks in advance.
