It is saying that I have no subheadings and I do… there are set as h4.

Hello @scifikriss,

Yoast not count H4 as subheadig. Yoast counts H2,H3 as subheadings.

Here is the proper heading structure example:
H1 = Page title (only one per page)
H2 = Main sections
H3 = Subsections under H2
H4 = Subsections under H3
