    Thanks for this great plugin. It works well for my purpose, I only like to change the standard text in the subject line of the email. Where in the php can I find and replace this text “Order is waiting for approval”?

    Hello @mvdg,

    Thank you for your kind words. You can customize all email subject lines like any other email template in WooCommerce. Go to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Emails -> select the Customer Pre-order Notification template and change the subject line.

    Programically:

    If you want to override and edit this email template, copy order-approval-woocommerce/templates/emails/wc-customer-order-new.php to your theme folder: yourtheme/woocommerce/emails/wc-customer-order-new.php and customise according to your need.
