Submenu Disappears on Hover

Hey guys
I’m usually pretty good at this stuff but this one has me stumped!!

When hovering over my drop down menu (ex. on “products”), it goes away so you can’t click on an item. This has happened because I moved the menu bar down (by 61 px to be exact). I have tried everything.

And yes I do use firebug.

Where do I begin? Is this a padding problem?

Ive tried adding 61 px into spaces but not sure if I am going about it correctly.

Ive had this issue before but it was a different theme and I think each theme is too different for there to be a general answer.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! TIA
