submenu in sidebar

    Hi!

    I want to show the submenu in the sidebar. in the submenu there are categories and pages mixed.

    is it possible to put a subemnu in the sidebar depending form the main menu which are categories?

    like this:

    – Mainmenu 1 (which is Category A)
    — Category X
    — Category Y
    — Page A
    — Page B
    – Mainmenu 2 (which is Category B)
    — Category Z
    — Page C
