If you are talking about the Advanced Menu widget, then please submit your support ticket here – https://powerpackelements.com/support/ because Advanced Menu is a part of the pro version of PowerPack plugin. Support for the free version is provided here as well as in our support system.

I am using GPL KEY cheaper PRO version of powerpack. However, the menu is fiddly! Can you please e-mail your team and let them know of the issue? Otherwise, their advanced menu will be correct until menu and 1 submenu only, if more submenus their advanced menu sucks, brother

They are selling our plugin illegally without our permission and we don’t support plugin purchased from them. If you want any support for our pro version then you need to buy it from us.
You must always be careful while purchasing plugins from such sources. They might inject malicious code into the plugin that may hack your website. For saving few bucks, you are risking your website data.

Oh! I didn’t know that! I read that companies sell their plugins to them for cheap because they don’t include customer support but all else is okay and it’s GPL. WOW! I’m sorry. I’ll sort this in a few days.
No, companies don’t sell them (atleast we didn’t sell our plugin to them). We sell from our website only.
These websites take benefit of GPL and start selling on their own without providing any support.
Yeah, I understand. But, still aware your team of the issue. I’ll remove the plugins and buy in a couple of days for real.
