Is there any way to create a submenu in menu to ouside wp or isnert a custom link to submenu?

Hmz.. but there I can only add a custom link to menu, I want to add a link to submenu

Example:

Home(menu)
About(menu)
Links to other sites(menu)
-youtube(submenu)
-google(submenu)
-ww.wp.xz.cn(submenu)
Contacts(menu)

sorry I find a solution, what I need is just to drag custom link to right to add in submenu. Thank you
