I don’t see the same thing you are showing in your video. I don’t see “user guide” or the option to “choose all”.

You use a very-very old version of Form Maker, the most probably a version that was bought and not updated for some 6-7 years, it is quite OK that a tool that was not updated for such a long period of time is not working correctly.
To compare please note that your version is 2.3.4 and our latest pro version is 2.13.21.
