    I want to buy the premium version but before I have one question and the support team of the plugin doesn’t answer.

    I want to submit data by mail from a form using a plugin like breezing forms. Out of the data of the email a ticket will be created. Till here everything will work.

    I additionally want to give a category in the email. If i choose main in breezing forms -> in the email for example: category=main…and then the ticket will be automatically refered to ticket category main.

    Is this possible?

    When did you ask your question? I reply to all emails and I can’t find out any about this…

    The ticket created via email will be added to the default category configured in WP for email submission.

    I’ve seen that you can define custom fields which are shown in the ticket overview list.
    Is it possible to fill out custom fields with submission by mail? If yes how does this work?

    Haven’t received anything, strange…

    It isn’t possible to fill out custom fields through the ticket by email submission.
