Thanks for letting us know about this problem. This could be a conflict with your website theme. Could you please switch to a WordPress default theme and test again?
Also, please try deactivating all plugins except Form Maker, and check the problem. If it will not occur, activate the plugins one by one to see which one is causing the issue.

Hello and thank you for your reply!
I deactivated all other plugins and it didn’t change. The problem with changing the theme is that articles could get lost, that’s why I don’t want to do that. I tried to preview but there was an error. Also I think that if the problem occured because of the theme the second form shouldn’t work either, no?
Do you have any other ideas?
