Hi support team, I hope I do not ask help anymore, but sth brings me here everyday, so that I feel so touched and cry everyday (laughing)

Sometimes, if I finish the survey, no words pop up and response is not recorded in the survey maker. Normally, if I finish the survey, the words, “Thank you for your cooperation” and response is recorded. But.. it failed right now for more than three times… here is the image when I finish the survey :

What is the problem and how can I solve this?

The survey is a little bit heavy, with more than 70 questions. Although it is a little bit heavy, I hope I could use it normally and withour errors. Please help me.

    Dear @sirljh5067,

    Thank you for the topic.

Please provide us with the following information for further investigation of your case.

    1. Please provide us with the link, where the given survey is located so that we can check out the case.
Make sure, the survey is open to guests (so that our Dev Team can pass the survey).
    2. The PHP version you are using.
    3. The Survey Maker version you are using.
    4. Please check what numbers are set for the following PHP values (you can check this either by getting in touch with your Hosting Provider or from the cPanel)

    max_execution_time
    max_input_time
    max_input_vars
    post_max_size

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Thank you.

    1. Can’t I solve this without showing you survey? This problem happened from time to time in all surveys. And we are making company survey, so it could be controversial to show it to other people.
    2. PHP version = 7.4.5p1
    3. Survey Maker version = 20.1.2
    4. PHP max input variables = 90000, PHP time limit = 600, PHP memory limit = 256M, Max input time = 600, Upload max filesize = 512M, PHP post max size = 512M
    5. Should I increase the PHP numbers?

    Dear @sirljh5067,

Thank you for your reply and the info.

    1. I want to mention, that the reason we ask for the link to the survey is that this problem can’t be found on our end. Everything works fine in this regard on our end.
So, most presumably, you are experiencing an individual case that must be checked on your website.
    2. You are using an old version of the plugin.
The latest update of the plugin is the 20.1.5 version.
So, please update the plugin to the latest version and check the case again.

      Here is the Update Guide:
      https://ays-pro.com/how-to-update-upgrade-ays-pro-plugins
You can make a DB backup before installing the zip file for your safety (you can use Updraft Plus).
    3. There is no need to expand the values as they are in the correct configuration.

So, you can update the plugin to the latest version and check the case again.

By the way, as you are using the Pro version of the plugin, please contact us via this form for premium support. Our customer care specialists will always be happy to help you.

Commercial products are not supported in these forums.

    Thank you.
