Submission failing intermittently

    Our users are using the contact form as a registration form, sometimes the submit works and sometimes not.

    I think it might be when more than one user is submitting the form at around about the same time. I have contacted out hosting company and they say there is no issue with the server.

    Also have the same issue with this form:

    Can you help. A high proportion of forms are not getting submitted and there is no message to say the form has not been submitted. The user is just returned to the contact form screen.

    Note: I am not on the latest version of Contact forms as I had issues with Captcha 3 not working so rolled back to the previous version. Would that have any impact?

    Try switching theme to the default Twenty Nineteen or Twenty Seventeen and deactivating all of the plugins excluding:

    Blogger Importer
    Classic Editor
    Contact Form 7 (Version 5.0.5)
    WordPress Importer
    Yoast SEO

    Ok then what?

    I will need to wait until there are less people using the site before I switch the theme Is it essential to switch the theme? Thanks

    The root cause of this problem is that Contact Form 7’s JavaScript is not loaded properly. One of the plugins or theme is probably blocking it from loading. By deactivating the plugins and theme, then reactivating them one by one, you can narrow them down to a suspicious one.

    Spacious theme CONTACT Form 7 not working after WP version update to 5.2 :

    After the latest WordPress update May 2019, my contact 7 form no longer works on the Spacious theme. We’ve tried troubleshooting but to no avail. Can you possibly provide a fix for this? Please advise.
