Submission Notification not working

    So I’m not receiving the email submission when someone fills out my form. I did run a Testmail and I received that which indicates it should be working. I’ve provided my system info below:

Webserver: Apache
PHP: 7.2.11
MySQL: 5.5.5-10.2.22-MariaDB-log
Wordpress: 5.7.2
Multi Step Form: 1.7.3
Multi Step Form Plus: Not installed/active
Wordpress Max Upload Size: 100.0 MB
PHP Memory Limit: 768M
PHP Post Max Size: 100M
PHP Upload Max Filesize: 100M
PHP Max Input Time: 6000
PHP Max Execution Time: 600
Default E-Mail: [email protected]
Default E-Mail Name: Get Recruited - Nationwide Recruitment Agency

    Hi,

    did you filled out all information in the setting of you form?
    We ran a test on your plugin did you receive a mail from mondula?

    Hi, yes all the information is filled out in my settings. I’ve checked my Spam/Junk folders and there are no emails. It’s strange because I did run the Testmail and I received that test notification.

    Please use the json export of the form and send it to our office email. So we can run a test on our system.

    How do I use the json export? and what’s your office email, i can’t find it please?

    All Forms can be export in the overview of the plugin. The export you have to send to the company.

    The company name is mondula and you can send us a mail to office@.
