I am encountering an issue after pressing the “Submit” button. When using a wireless or mobile network, the submission process keeps loading indefinitely without accepting the submission. Consequently, I am unable to view the data in the database. However, when using a cable network, everything functions without any problems. Do you have a solution or any suggestions for resolving this issue?

I am also experiencing this same issue with the survey just never ending trying to load after user submits on mobile devices. This is also causing the submission count per user to multiply. For example, instead of a single submission, they are being counted for 5 submissions.
The never ending loading on the front end creates a poor user experience and the multiplied submission count makes the data hard to work with.

I’m still experiencing the problem on mobile and now on desktop. The first screenshot is of what the user end looks like after submitting the survey – never ending loading. The second screenshot shows that my single submission is counted 5 times. Is there a setting that needs to be enabled or is there anything other than ajax that conflicts with this plugin working correctly?

We have checked from different devices, but the survey was submitted as it should.
Also, we have noticed that the URL on the screenshot is not the same. If possible, please send us the URL of that website as well, so that we can check it out.
