Hi @atilajones
I hope you are doing well today.
Can you edit your form, navigate to the Settings tab, and check if “Store Submissions in Database” is enabled? If not, it will not store or show those data in the database and the Submission page.
Kind Regards,
Kris
Good morning. The “Store Submissions in Database” option is enabled. I noticed that there is an error for submitting a .tex file (even though I allow it in the settings), the user tries to send the file in the form, it gives an error, but the attempt is already counted as a submission, but it doesn’t save the submission.
We’ve made some changes to adapt to this situation, but here’s a recommendation to check if this error exists: accounting for a failed submission.
Thank you very much for your attention.
Hi @atilajones
Thank you for the update.
I could replicate this behaviour, a workaround would also be to use the Multiple upload field since it uses Ajax that will validate the file type on fly, but I agree that since we also validate on backend it needs to not count as submission.
I will report to our developers.
Best Regards
