Good morning! I am wondering if there is a way to remove all the checkboxes in the filtering options when exporting filters? I have @50 fields and am going to need to run many reports, most which only need a few or those 50 fields. It would be helpful to remove all and then select just the few that I need.

I appreciate any thoughts and suggestions.

    Thanks!

  • Hi @wavewatcher

I hope you are doing well today.

This should be possible by default. Please:

    1. Open filters and in the section “Display Fields” choose “Specified Fields”. Later on, deselect all fields that you would like to hide and press APPLY
    2. Click on the EXPORT button, and before you DOWNLOAD CSV, mark the checkbox “Apply Submissions Filters”

Such an exported file will not contain fields that were deselected.

    Kind Regards,
    Kris

    Hi Kris!

Thanks for the quick reply. I see I should have been more clear on my request. Since there are over 50 fields (and we only need a few of those each time), deselecting all that we don’t need takes some time and it would be helpful if there was a way to “deselect all” with one button; or, by default, have them all deselected and have a button to “select all”.

    Does that help clarify?

    Hi @wavewatcher

    Thank you for the clarification.

Unfortunately we don’t have that option, an alternative would be exporting full file and using Google sheets or ms excel to filter the necessary fields.
