Submissions ID Problem

    Hi,

    I share the submission ID by {submissipn_ID} command via e-mail that I send to the participant who fills the form. However, the submission ID in e-mail does not match the submission ID in the system list. Sometimes it is sent to different people with the same ID.

    Two example for situation;
    • Participant A -> on email submission ID is 5 but in the submissions list ID is 4
    • Participant A -> on email submission ID is 5
    Participant B -> on email submission ID is 5
    but in the submissions list system A is 5 and B is 6

    How can I fix this situtation?

    I have not seen this issue before. Can you contact the official Ninja Forms support channel (ninjaforms.com/contact) so we can take a closer look at this issue on your site?
