Submissions, Preview and Edit do not work

    Hello,

    The last few days I am trying to see my submissions on a contact form that I have on my website and it does not work. When I select to see the submissions nothing loads. I found out also that preview of the form is not working anymore and also when I clicked edit on the form nothing is loading.

    I have deactivated, and reactivated the plugin but nothing changed. Also I have deleted and installed the plugin again but the problem is still there.

    Any ideas on how to fix the above?

    I have the excact same problem, but there is more.

    Since a week or 2-3 people could not submit anymore (i always do all updates manually and nothing was updated)

    After testing, indeed sumbmitting the form did nothing, so i upgraded CCF and it worked again.. for a day or so.

    Now, i cannot edit my forms, i cannot see submissions, everything is just empty.

    I deactivated and activated the mod and now my biggest form does not even show anymore, it just shows the [formid] tag. My smallest form still works, but i also cannot edit this or see submissions through the site.

    I also noticed, that when editting a page, the “add a form” button does nothing anymore.

    Something going on..

    Are you guys getting any JavaScript errors in the console?

    I am having the same exact problem as described above. I am not getting a Javascript error just a spinning disk of emptiness and forms that never load. I cannot start a new form, duplicate an old form or open an existing form. I have also deactivated, reactivated, deleted and reinstalled.
    Please help.

    Same problem here, too.

    I don’t know exactly when this stopped working, or what current version was installed, but the fixes I’ve seen mentioned (downloading new copy from git) haven’t worked.

    I can’t create or edit existing forms, nor can I view submissions. It does show a correct count of submissions, and I can export them and parse the content of submissions from the xml file, but that sucks.

    Same issue, Edit & submissions are blank. Forms do not send correctly. Is there any ETA to fix or do we all have to move to a new plugin?

    Hi rbarnes1234,

    It is your decision whether you will move to a new plugin or not. I did it as I could not wait more for a fix.
