    Dear @edmondyeung,

    Thanks for the topic.

Could you please clarify what exactly seems incomplete? Are there fewer submissions than expected? Are there questions with no submissions at all? Or is it something else?

Also, please compare the Submissions section in the Admin Dashboard (shown in the screenshot below) with what you see on the Front End, and let us know if they match or if there are any differences.

Additionally, please share the link to the page where the shortcode is placed, as well as the link to the survey, the ID of which is used in that shortcode.

Also, let us know the versions of WordPress and the Survey Maker plugin you are using.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

    Thank you.

I am using free version for testing with my client. I want to display the result using shortcode on frontend. I found that the problem is the styling of the survey. I chose Theme style “Modern” The Survey Color is transparent. The result of the question share the same colour of the Survey Colour (Transparent). If I chose Classic it works! So I think should separate them to fix this problem.

Submissions summary is ok in backend because it is using black colour even I chose Theme style “Modern”.

    Thank you! ^^
