Submit a ticket without login

    I had successfully installed the Awesome Support Plugin.

    All good!

    Now, I want to allow users to submit a ticket without having to Login.
    The reason is that I don’t want to have (potentially) thousands of users registered. And I want to keep the process a one step one.

    Ideally, should be able to create a ticket without an account. The user can provide an email and a Name and submit a ticket.

    Hi:

    We do have a guest ticket add-on but it still creates a user account that the user will have to use after their firs ticket.

    The other option would be for you to create a Gravity Form ticket form and use our Gravity forms bridge to get the data into Awesome Support. But, again, it would still create users in the WordPress users table.

    You might be better off just creating a new subdomain site for your help desk to keep users out of your primary site.

    Sorry we don’t have anything that can accomplish what you’re asking.
