Submit annonymous event not working

    I have managed to get the form displaying to non logged in users by editing the template files as mentioned here https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/anonymous-event-submissions-2/

    But now a submission just reloads the page. it doesn’t submit the form, doesn’t give any confirmation or error message.

    A user can only select a location from a dropdown, event though I have the settings ticked to allow typing this info in (I can add an address if logged in)

    Also, there is no option to allow an image upload for non logged in users.

    Hello pixelite (or anyone who found themselves in the same situation) is there any advice when the plugin is not working as it should, in this manner?
