Hello, I created a CFF and I want to put a button at the end of the form, and when someone presses the button, I want to receive in my email all the information that the guest filled in. How can I do this?

Unfortunately, the notification emails are a commercial feature. You will need the Professional plugin distribution at least.

If I choose to buy the professional plugin, all the previous data from the free version will be there too or should i createI again the forms?

The existing forms are not affected by upgrade process.
