    Hi – everything working well up until I think the update 4 days ago. Then the quiz developed 3 problems – the Submit button disappeared / the Progress Bar disappeared / the questions all showed on the first page instead of over 4 pages.

    We have paid clients waiting for the quiz to work again. Help!

    I apologize for the inconvenience occurred. As we aren’t experiencing this issue at our end, I suggest you to please check for plugin and theme conflict.

    To do this, disable all of the plugins all at once and enable one by one by checking which one is causing the conflict. If this does not resolve the issue, change the website’s theme to another theme and check whether the issue is resolved or not.

    Thanks very much, Kriti – I’m also wondering about rolling back to the version that was working well a week ago. If you think that’s worth a try and we do that, would the quizzes that we set up still work or would we need to use the import/export add-on before rolling back?
