    Calendar submit and form submit button do not show and customers cannot submit form

    Hi dear user.

    You need to create available dates at first, after that if users click on available date then submit button will appear. Check this short video about how to create available dates – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XWjRm0lv4aU
