    Okay, so now I got a message that the submit button is not working. I don’t understand why. This is very concerning as I had set up public release of the poll with many organizations and media by July 28 or August 1, depending. I just purchased the reporting and analysis addon. But the quiz doesn’t seem to be working for submission now.

    Here is the message:

    did the whole poll but it wouldn’t let me submit. Sorry. Have no time to repeat.

    It is difficult to say why this particular user is having this particular issue. I suggest you to please get the screenshot from the user regarding the issue and also ask him about what version is he using of the firefox or chrome browser. If he is using the old version. Please ask him to update the browser.

    Because of the individual’s circumstances, I do not think I can bother this man. He is under too much stress.

    Yes @likechai, old version of the browser may be causing the issue. It is very difficult to say why this user is having such issue at his firefox browser.

    You can also ask him to use a different web browser other than firefox like Google Chrome, Opera, IE.

    Here is the answer. Apparently, you have to input all the contact fields in order to submit the form. The contact fields were listed as optional.

    @likechai, I tried to revisit the quiz again so that I can check the issue with contact fields. But the password “muffin” isn’t working now. May be you have changed it.

    Can you please tell me only this particular user is experiencing this issue or this is being experienced by other users also?
