    Good morning, I have a problem with Button submit

    The submit button is not showing in my quiz

    I have sent the quiz link for the team to check, please log in with the following account
    User: user123456
    Password: user123456

    I searched in the html when viewing the source site class qsm-btn qsm-submit-btn qmn_btn but didn’t find it
    Please help me find the cause and how to fix this error. Thank you Team

    It’s unusual for a quiz to not display the submit button, but here are a few suggestions that might help resolve this: 

    To rule out any potential causes, I recommend running a theme/plugin conflict test. Sometimes, conflicts with other themes or plugins on your website can impact QSM’s functionality. I’ve included some helpful documents that explain how to conduct this test and prevent such conflicts.     Additionally, please ensure that you are using the most updated version of QSM. 

    As a reminder, for your security, please refrain from sharing any login credentials on the WP platform in accordance with community guidelines.

    If the issue persists despite the suggested steps, we would greatly appreciate your assistance in conducting further investigation. Could you please provide us with the link to the quiz you’re experiencing difficulty with, along with the error log? This will enable us to thoroughly examine the faults

    Good morning, I also have the same problem…. the strangest thing (the server is the same) is that I have the exact same site on a test domain and then cloned exactly the same on the official domain…. on the test domain the test submit button is visible, while on the official website it is not… how is this possible? Same modules, same theme, same php… everything exactly the same. I also tried disabling the plugin and theme… nothing, you can’t see it on the official domain.

    As I said before, servers, resources, etc…. all the same.

    To assist you better, could you please let us know which version of QSM you are using?

    Additionally, we recommend enabling the error log feature and trying the quiz again. This will help us capture any new errors. Here’s how to do it:

    1. Navigate to the QSM Sidebar.
    2. Click on Settings.
    3. Under the main settings, enable the QSM log.
    4. Save the changes.

    Once you’ve done this, you’ll see a “QSM Logs” menu. Please try taking the quiz again and share the error log with us.
