    Hello Karin,

    I just tested the first page and noticed some invalid HTML code added around the form. May I request you to remove it and just keep our form code and test again?

    Hello!
    Thanks for your Feedback. But as I am not an expert in programming or codes, I do not know which HTML code is invalid and should be removed. Could you tell me what to remove, and what is your form code that I should Keep?
    Thanks a lot!

    I’m having the same exact issue.

    I also have not “changed” any code.

    When I added a test email to the sign up form, no autoresponder notices came up at all. The subscriber did receive an opt-in email about an hour after signing up on the blog site.

    Having the same issue after the latest update. The error is:

    Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘message’ of undefinedn @ ajax-forms.min.js?ver=3.0.5:1t.onreadystatechange @ ajax-forms.min.js?ver=3.0.5:1

    Hello all,

    I would sincerely request you to create a new support request so we can assist you. While some issues appear same, it’s not always the case and by creating a different support request, it helps us discuss with you better to resolve the issue.

    @karin, since we are directly communicating with you over email to resolve this, I’m closing this ticket.

    @peterhynes,

    I tried your form and it worked. I received an email from MailChimp.com to confirm my email which I did. If you check your list, our email ending with domain @mc4wp.com should be in it.

    Yes, it does work to sign people up for the email list, but when someone signs up, there is no “You are successfully subcribed” message that pops up upon subscribing. Does the person just receive the “You are successfully subcribed” message via email?

    Hello Peter,

    The message should be displayed below the form when the page refreshes. Can you please confirm if you are using the latest version of our plugin and also share how you have placed the form, i.e. whether using shortcode or using our widget?
