Submit Button not refreshing page

Hi Taylor, I am having an issue at http://www.stretchngrowva.com/#!/be-a-coach/.

After learning about an issue, I tested the form and when I hit the Apply button, the thingy just spins on the page, but the thingy in the tab of the page itself acts as it is reloads/refreshes. I hit Apply again…same thing.

So, I checked the submissions of the form. There I see that I applied twice, which corresponds to the how many times I hit Apply. Two emails were also received, so the application form is going through, but to the applicant it looks like it is not, causing them to hit the apply button 50 times, which sends 50 emails of the same form, etc. You get it…
