Submit button not submitting

    Hello, when the “submit” button is clicked nothing happens.

    This only occurs when the form is embedded in the page, if it’s set as a popup the submit button works fine.

    I’ve tried disabling other plugins but it hasn’t fixed this issue.

    Hi there,

    This problem seems to be a conflict with your website theme or another active plugin. There is an error on the page, it could be related to the problem. Could you please:

    1. Temporarily deactivate the rest of your plugins and see if the problem still occurs.
    2. Temporarily switch to a different theme, preferably a WordPress default, then check whether the ordering works.

    You can re-activate the plugins and the theme after troubleshooting.
