@keved, There is currently no way to integrate it with gravity form however this is noted. might be in next release. but there is a message Thank you between Please leave us a message and the form once the email is send. also please check your spam box for email.

I was thinking of posting a topic regarding this and found this thread.
There are no default “Thank you” or “Your message has been sent” message in between “Please leave us a message” and the form field. But there is a “There was an error!!” message if the email is entered in a wrong format.
Could you provide us a way to edit:
1. “Please leave us a message” before the form field
2. The “Thank you” or “Your message has been sent” message once the email is submitted
3. Include a “processing” pre-loader to let the user know their email is being sent
And on another note, your Facebook and other social icons are not displaying correctly on the maintenance page – they just appear as an empty square.
