Submit button not working

Hi, the submit button is not working on the site wcba.co.za for any of the options (login, forgot password, register). I have tried deactivated all plugins and changed to the standard WordPress theme and the issue still remains on Chrome and Safari.

When I click on inspect element, it appears the button is “disabled” – is this correct or is there a setting I need to change?
