Hello. the submission button on WPforms isn’t working. At first, it seemed like the messages were going through, yet I never received an email (checked spam). Now, the entire form is frozen. Not sure what to do at this point so any help is appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out!

I was unable to reproduce the issue on https://bravecompanionfamilycounseling.com/contact/, and for your reference, I created this screencast.

When you try again to submit your form, could you please clear your browser’s cache? Or use an incognito window? That is to prevent your browser’s cache from interfering with your test. In case it helps, you can find more details on how to clear your browser’s cache in this WPBeginner tutorial.
