    Hi,

I have done the calculation part very easily, thanks to the CFF plugin. But, I am not able to figure out how to disable the auto display of the calculated fields and show them only when the user clicks the “Submit” button. I want to take the inputs from the user and show the results in the same page. The calculations are also very simple.
I am very new to this and using the free version of the plugin.. Can someone please guide me?

    Hi,

If you want hide the calculated fields until the user submit the form, and display the results in the same page, please, follows the steps below:

    1. Select the calculated fields, and tick the attribute: “Hide Field From Public Page”

    2. Enter the same URL where is inserted the form, in the attribute: “Thank you page (after sending the message)” of form’s settings.

    3. Finally, in the same page where is inserted the form, insert the shortcode to display the results. Please, visit the following link:

    Best regards.

    Hi,

Thanks a lot for the guidance. But I am not able to follow the second step. I dont see any attribute called “Thank you Page”. Is there any particular version that I need to use? I am more confused since I dont see the icon displayed in the documentation to insert the results alone.

Sorry if I am being ignorant and missing some trivial point here 🙁

    Hi,

If you want submit the form to process its data, and to display a summary with the collected information, you will need any of the following versions of the plugin:

    – Professional
    – Developer
    – Platinum

Because the free version of the plugin does not include the feature for server side processing.

    Best regards.
